I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years, and completed my 200-hour teacher training at Surya Yoga in 2022. Yoga has given me so much—presence, focus, flexibility, and a sense of community.
In addition to teaching yoga, I’m a mental health therapist with 28 years of experience. Through my work, I’ve seen how deeply stress and emotion are stored in the body. Yoga offers us a powerful way to reconnect with ourselves—to care for the mind and body as one, and to cultivate wellness. My teaching style blends grounding movement with mindfulness and breath, creating space for both strength and softness.
